Depending on the level of service you require and your needs, we offer a personalised estate planning service including Will preparation or a simple online Will service.

Options for your Online Will

Our Online Will service, easywill.com.au, provides you with a cheap and simple Will designed for those with simple situations.

Married or de facto

If you are married or in a de facto relationship, we have three Will options available. You can choose to leave your estate to:

Your spouse/partner, then to your children (if no children survive, then to your grandchildren) or
Your spouse/partner, then to your children (if no children survive you, then divided between other beneficiaries) or
Your spouse/partner, then divided between other beneficiaries.

Single

If you are single (which includes never married, divorced or widowed), you can choose to leave your estate to:

Your children, and then to your grandchildren (if you have children)
Other beneficiaries of your choice (if you don't have children).
